Please do not place your order on this website. Orders will be cancelled and refunded, minus the transaction fee.
Please order via JTshop on eBay. Do not order on this website - international orders will also be cancelled and refunded, minus the transaction fee.
In the unlikely event of there being problems with goods supplied it must be reported within 3 days and where necessary, returns must be sent by Recorded delivery within 14 days. Goods will only be accepted for exchange or credit by prior arrangement.
If the error is our fault we will refund the cost of sending the goods back to us.
If you have ordered an incorrect item, an exchange can be made within the 14 days limit, provided the item is returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging, otherwise, you will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.
We do not accept 2nd return or size exchange from the same customer.
