Trading Terms
ORDERING FROM JTSHOP
No minimum order is required. When you have made your selection, click on ‘Checkout’. You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the delivery address registered in your PayPal account or Google Checkout.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We endeavor to process all orders within 2 business days once the payment is received. Please allow 3 - 6 days for delivery within the UK and 5 - 8 days for delivery to Europe.
POSTAGE
Postal Discount will be given for multiple purchases.
* Deliveries to the UK
Postage is allocated to each item based on weight and size, if it is not, please contact JTshop for a quote. All orders with a value less than £5 will be sent by Royal Mail First Class. All orders over £5 will normally be sent by First Class Recorded Signed For and insured for £41. Heavier items may be sent by Parcelforce 48 and will normally be insured for the full replacement value of the item. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance or Special Delivery please contact us for a quote BEFORE placing order.
Royal Mail keep recorded delivery items for 1 week before returning to the sender if not collected. If this happens a further P&P charge will be made to resend the goods to the buyer.
* Deliveries to Overseas
Postage is allocated to each item based on weight and size, if it is not, please contact JTshop for a quote BEFORE placing order. All orders will normally be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For with an additional £4.25, and insured for £41. Heavier items may be sent by Global Priority and will normally be insured for the full replacement value of the item.
CUSTOMS FEES/DUTY CHARGES
International shipments may be subject to local customs and duty charges by the government. JTshop will not be held responsible for these charges. Please make sure that you are aware of all of the fees and duties associated with receiving your package prior to ordering. JTshop is not responsible for any delays caused by Customs or Import/VAT taxes that may be imposed.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept payment via Google Checkout and PayPal secure shopping cart, which allow safe online payments by credit or debit card.
PACKAGING
At JTshop, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality materials for packaging.
RETURN
In the unlikely event of there being problems with goods supplied it must be reported within 3 days and where necessary, returns must be sent by Recorded delivery within 14 days. Goods will only be accepted for exchange or credit by prior arrangement.
If the error is our fault we will refund the cost of sending the goods back to us.
If you have ordered an incorrect item, an exchange can be made within the 14 days limit, provided the item is returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging (all makeup MUST be in their original sealed packaging). Please note, in this case P&P will be charged again plus the difference of the resent item.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN THE POST
We do recommend Secure Delivery which would allow your package to be tracked. We DO NOT take any responsibility for the LOSS OR DAMAGED of any parcels. However, we can send you the original postal receipt to make a claim from the post office. By placing an order, you automatically accept all these terms.
GIFT MESSAGES
We can add a Gift Message. After placing the order, let us know the details of your Gift Message via our Contact Page. We can include that with your present. We are more than happy to add a little handwritten message on a JTshop card to accompany your special purchase!
PRIVACY POLICY
As a UK based website we endeavor to ensure that all personal information provided is handled in accordance to the 1998 UK Data Protection Act that protects your information from unauthorized use or access while being transmitted via the Internet.
JTshop reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.
