Operation:
1. Upon first use, switch to OFF and make sure the solar panel is directly exposed to the sun during the day. We recommend placing the panel outdoor. Allow the battery to charge for 24 to 48 hours.
2. Then turn the switch to ON when you choose to use the solar lights and leave it. The unit handles the rest. It turns the LED lights off during the day by itself while recharging the battery, and turns on automatically when it gets dark.
Tips:
*The unit has a power preserving feature that turns the lights off automatically when there is light. So, avoid placing the solar panel next to a light that's regularly lit during the night.
*Repeat 1 again, if you find that the lights become dim or stop working, they may not be getting enough sunlight.
*For indoor use, make sure the lights are fully charged during daytime. Then bring it into your room, hang it wherever you like with the panel facing down or fully covered.
