READ BEFORE YOU BUY We do recommend Secure Delivery which would allow your package to be tracked. We DO NOT take any responsibility for the LOSS of any parcels. However, we can send you the original postal receipt to make a claim from the post office. By placing an order, you automatically accept all these terms. DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We endeavor to process all orders within 2 business days once the payment is received.
RETURN
In the unlikely event of there being problems with goods supplied it must be reported within 3 days and where necessary, returns must be sent by Recorded delivery within 14 days. Goods will only be accepted for exchange or credit by prior arrangement. If the error is our fault we will refund the cost of sending the goods back to us. If you have ordered an incorrect item, an exchange can be made within the 14 days limit, provided the item is returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging (all makeup MUST be in their original sealed packaging). Please note, in this case P&P will be charged again plus the difference of the resent item. CONTACT
